He was both very professional and knowledgeable about what it would take to help me solve my problem, both in the short-term and long-term. Dear PI Staff, I wanted to thank you and your crews for such a great job on the roof you recently installed for my wife and I. The whole process and everyone I came in contact with from your company was very professional and prompt with calls or meetings. The actual roofing crew did a great job on the tear off, install and especially the clean-up afterwards. I did a CLOSE inspection around the house and pump house that were roofed and found little more than a handfull of single parts and 4 nails. Considering the bushes, trees and grass they had to deal with that is exceptional. Even though we had lower bids, I decided to go with your company because of the professionalism of Paul and Josue and doing research on PI Roofing's workmanship and warranty. On Wednesday, the wind storm blew some shingles off our roof and our roof began to leak. We called another roof company and they said they would be there in two to three hours. They never showed up.
On Thursday, we saw a P.I. Roofing repair crew working on our neighbor’s house. I got their attention and told them of my predicament. They said they were just about finished and they would be right over. Once they arrived, it took them about twenty minutes to complete my job. The men were Chris Brown and Rigaberto Francisco.
I know they had other priorities and we really appreciated their taking the time to help us out. They were extremely polite and they solved a serious predicament for us.
I can assure you that when someone asks me about a roofing job, P.I. Roofing will be first in line!

Mr. Barnett took his team up on the roof and explained to them what needed to be done and when I came home from work, I met the two men. I was also impressed with the demeanor of both of these men. Both men were extremely polite and very professional in explaining to me what they were going to do.
When the work was finished, the two men cleaned up all around the job site and left my area probably cleaner than they found it.
Shortly after this repair work was finished, we had a couple of really strong rains, with some pretty high winds to come through our area but there were no leaks!
I am so grateful to learn that your company really does back up its work!
